My Smoothie Brings All the Boys to the Yard

Since I love you all so much, I'm going to share a secret with you! :-)
Almost every morning, I have the most delicious smoothie for breakfast. It's yummy, healthy, and cost effective, as I make it myself.
Wait. Did I mention healthy? Hee. I am all about the health, which is what has inspired me to share. Now granted, most people will wrinkle their noses when they see the ingredient list...but I promise it really is good! And if you think I am just crazy? Well, then I refer you to the tag line that Dawn has bestowed upon me: "Awesome, but lovably insane." :-)
Brandi's Amazing Smoothie
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 banana
1/3 cup vanilla soy yogurt (you can use regular! I also use peach Kefir at times)
1 Tbsp wheatgrass powder
1 Tbsp aloe vera juice
1 Tbsp flax oil
Bee pollen (as much or little as you'd like)
Water (to desired consistency)
Blend all this together (I prefer an immersion blender...easier to control and less mess). And voila! You have an amazing, healthy breakfast or snack!
